Unit Details

The unit includes supervised work placement, content, and exercises designed to complete the course requirements and ready participants to apply to the Practitioner Accreditation Unit of the Attorney-General's Department for accreditation to be an FDRP

  • FCR1, FCR2, and FCR3 Coursework

Supervised FDR Practice

  • Across course as appropriate

Assessments

  • Assessments will include dispute resolution work under the supervision of an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP), and completion of a practice report identifying and analysing work practices

  • Assessments in this unit will be in accord with the Assessment Conditions set out in CHCDFV008, CHCDSP001, CHCDSP002, CHCDSP003, CHCFAM001, and CHCFAM002
