Unit Details

The unit includes seminars and experiential exercises (role plays) to give students an understanding of babies, infants, and children, working with a child-focused approach, and facilitating dispute resolution in the family law context

Assessments

  • Assessments will include pre-mediation role-plays, FDRP mediations role-plays, and a written component 

  • Assessments in this unit will be in accord with the Assessment Conditions set out in CHCDSP001, CHCDSP002, and CHCFAM001
